How a standard request works

  1. Customer posts the request — free of charge
  2. Repairman accepts the job and goes on site
  3. Repairman enters the final price, customer confirms the amount

How an urgent request works

  1. Post the request for free — select an estimated budget and describe the problem.
  2. Your request appears in red on the map and is sent instantly to all available repairmen within 50 km.
  3. Repairmen apply by clicking "Available now". You see their profiles, ratings and reviews — but their phone is locked.
  4. You choose the repairman. To unlock contact, you pay the fee from the table above.
  5. You call the repairman and arrange all details. The job is billed normally — the fee is only for the fast-match service.

Garancija — kredit na nalogu
